Features

Innovative, closed-loop technology. This Brinell Hardness Tester uses a new load cell technology. The force is applied via a closed-loop control unit consisting of a load cell, a DC motor and an electronic measurement control unit. The test force in the test process is automatically and accurately controlled, and the control accuracy is up to 0.5%. With conventional weight loading or open-loop control systems, the common overload or underload problem can be eliminated. The absence of mechanical weight construction not only eliminates friction problems, but also makes the Hardness Tester less sensitive to weight misalignment or displacement caused by vibration.

The Brinell Hardness Tester 900-357 combines a tablet and a Brinell Hardness Tester into a complete new model of Brinell Hardness Tester. On the tablet, you can choose to set all the parameters. The touch screen display is clear, the operation is simple and can eliminate misoperation well. The clear CCD screen interface directly displays the dynamic indentation image, focuses the surface, and automatically measures the Brinell hardness value. The operator is able to select a hardness system that can be converted, save the results of each measurement and generate an image report. The load of the test force is carried out using a specialized load cell system in conjunction with a precision mechanical drive system.

FAQ
QIs the price listed on the website the final cost for overseas purchases?
ANo, it isn't. This is the ex-factory price of the product in the Chinese Mainland. In addition to this price, buyers from different countries need to account for additional costs such as shipping fees, tariffs, and others.
