Abrasion Tester for testing the abrasion resistance of the caster of the baseplate mass meter, the size of the table is about 800mm, the working disc rotates at 19rpm, the caster rotates at 50rpm, and the load is 90kg.

Overview and Security Requirements

CCT-2 caster resistance Tester is an important test instrument for testing the quality of the floor surface and the wear resistance of casters. Used to test the durability, abrasion resistance and crack resistance of resilient flooring and laminated floor coverings! . The principle is to use 3 casters with a certain load to repeatedly change direction, start and stop, and frequently pass the surface of the sample to test the durability of the sample, which is represented by the number of rotations of the sample. According to ISO 4918-2009, GB/T11982.2, BS/EN425 standards, there are three different test methods:

(A) Appearance change evaluation of 5000 laps and 25000 laps;

(B) 750-cycle gray card assessment of color change;

(C) Durability evaluation of 10000 cycles and 25000 cycles.

Principle

Layers of floor coverings, and do a back and forth self-weight friction test for many times, after the specified test time or times, it will automatically stop and remove the sample to check its changes!
