PUSHEN GZY-I Linear Drying Time Recorder is used to test the drying and curing time of coatings and paints. According to the drying condition of the surface coating, the specimen is moved vertically to meet ISO and ASTM standards to ensure the mass of coatings and paints.

Introduction of GZY-I drying time Recorder

GZY-1 paint film drying time Tester is mainly used to test the drying and curing time of coatings and paints.

According to the gradual drying and curing of paint and paint over time, the device draws a needle on the coating of paint and paint, and measures the drying and curing time of paint and paint by observing the scratches.

The main structure

Six paddles with domed contacts, mounted on carriages.

The paddle is driven by the carriage, contacts with the new coating layer, and moves longitudinally on the sample starting from one end.

The moving time can be measured through the scale on the edge of the instrument, which corresponds to each drying stage of the observation track.
