PN-TT1000 Computerized Paper Tear Tester is an electronic paper and cardboard tear detection instrument developed according to the national standard GB/T 455 and ISO1974, which is mainly suitable for paper and low-weight cardboard. The instrument is a mechatronics product, designed by ergonomic design concept and microprocessing technology, and is widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research units, quality inspection departments, and paper printing and packaging production departments for the test field of paper materials.
Tear degree is a physical indicator of the mechanical strength of paper and cardboard, and refers to the average force required to tear the pre-cut specimen to a certain length, in millinewtons (mN). Principle: first accurately cut a number of sheets with a size of 63mm ×50mm to be measured. The pendulum is lifted to a certain height so that it has a certain potential energy, and the width of 63mm is located in the direction of the tear degree, and the specimen is clamped, and when the pendulum swings freely, the specimen is torn apart by its own stored energy. Here the specimen should have a pre-cut with a cut length of 20 cm, so as to ensure that the distance to be torn is 43 mm.
1. Automated, electronic measurement;
2. Touch screen display control;
3. Automatic release of the pendulum, high test efficiency;
4. One-click data statistics;
5. With RS232 serial port, it can be connected to PC (data receiving software for connecting PC is purchased separately);
6. Built-in printer, after testing a batch of data, the test report can be printed directly.
