Paper refers to paper products processed from low-weight, dry-wrinkled and some "wrinkle-free" base paper, such as toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, paper handkerchiefs, paper face towels, paper napkins, hand towels, and wipes. These products can be single or multi-layered, paper can be one or several layers when formed, and products can be flat or rolled, folded or unfolded, embossed or unembossed, printed or unprinted. The commonly used quantitative of single-layer paper is 10g/m2~50g/m2. Paper products are products that are processed from paper base paper into end-user consumption.

GB/T 20810-2018 "Paper (including paper base paper)" stipulates that the spherical burst resistance value (finished layer) is greater than or equal to 1.5N, and the spherical burst resistance is determined according to GB/T 24328.7, and the finished layer is determined.
