Introduction

The combination of "torque balance servo method" and "pivot-free structure" achieves good linearity and reproducibility of data. Automatic range adjustment derived from dynamic range makes the program measurement function more convenient to use.

The "pivot-free structure" that does not use jewel bearings ensures reliable linearity and reproducibility of viscosity values ​​over a wide measurement range.

The dynamic range is the biggest charm of TV-25/35 viscometer.

With one viscometer, the viscosity range can be expanded up to 8 times without having to replace the spindle, and the viscosity can be measured continuously.

◆Program measurement:

Up to 40 measurement procedures can be edited. With RETURN and REPEAT measurement functions.

◆Automatic range switching

Automatically switches the measurement range to realize multi-weight range measurement. Combined with the program measurement function, the effectiveness of viscosity measurement is achieved.

◆TI value measurement (STI value measurement)

Using the program measurement mode, you can select any two rotation speeds to calculate and display the TI value. The TI value is the ratio of viscosity values ​​measured at two rotation speeds. Generally, the ratio of rotation speeds is set to 1:10.

◆Torque balance servo method

Using torque balance and servo method, zero position measurement method is adopted. Even within a wide measuring range, it is not affected.

◆Multiple measurement ranges

The wide dynamic range enables multi-weight range measurement. The measurement range can be expanded up to 8 times, and continuous measurement is possible without replacing the rotor.

◆No pivot structure

A flexible hinge system replaces pivots and gems, resulting in a pivot-free structure.

◆Rotation speed

Increasing at a speed of 0.1 rpm, any rotation speed can be set between 0.1 and 100.0 rpm.

The measurement time and viscosity value can be automatically terminated.

The viscometer can be remotely operated to start and end measurement using external input signals. In addition, the output signal (collector open circuit) can be used to confirm the status of the viscometer by lighting and beeping.

◆Upper and lower limit alarms

When the upper and lower limit settings are exceeded, a buzzer will sound.

◆Preheating

The measurement can be started automatically after preheating according to the preset preheating time. The time until the measurement starts is displayed as a countdown.

◆Data exchange

It is interchangeable with conventional viscometer data and complies with JIS and ISO standards.
