ZTT-101A retroreflective marking measuring instrument (multi-angle) is a special instrument used to measure the retroreflection coefficient (R′) of traffic sign materials. ZTT-101A multi-angle retroreflective marking measuring instrument is suitable for quality control and testing of retroreflective marking materials in material production units, quality supervision departments, engineering construction and supervision units, etc.
The design of ZTT-101A retroreflective marking measuring instrument (multi-angle) conforms to the international standard ISO 3864 (1984) and the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) NO.54 technical specifications, and refers to the relevant standards of other countries: such as the United States ASTM E808- 01 "Description Standard for Retroreflection", ASTM E809-00 "Measurement of Optical Properties of Retroreflector", ASTM E810-00 "Test Method for Retroreflection Coefficient of Reflective Film"; German DIN 67520-1994, etc. The performance of the instrument is designed in accordance with the relevant standards of my country's transportation industry standard JT/T612-2004 "Retroreflective Measuring Instrument" and the national standard GB/T 26377-2010 "Retroreflective Measuring Instrument" and GB/T 18833-2012 "Road Traffic Reflective Film" , in line with GB21861-2014 "Motor Vehicle Safety Technical Inspection Items and Methods" standard. The regulations meet the measurement requirements stipulated in my country's national standard GB/T18833-2012 "Reflective Film for Highway Traffic Signs".
1. ZTT-101A Retroreflective Marking Measuring Instrument (Multi-angle) is an optical precision instrument, please read the instruction manual of the instrument before use, and operate according to the steps and methods in the instruction manual;
2. The instrument should be protected from moisture to avoid damage to the optical components due to mildew;
3. Care should be taken to prevent vibration during use and handling to prevent inaccurate measurements;
4. The calibration plate equipped with the instrument should be properly preserved, and the surface should not be damaged;
5. The fixed parts of the instrument shall not be disassembled at will;
6. The observation angle (α) adjuster should be coated with anti-rust oil to prevent rust.
