Overview

BCT-200B is a high-end coating Thickness Gauge independently developed by Perrick, as a portable measuring instrument, it can quickly, non-damage, precision coating and coating thickness measurement, it has the advantages of wide measurement range, fast measurement speed and high measurement accuracy. It can be used both in the laboratory and in the engineering field. By using different probes, a wide range of measurement needs can also be met. This instrument can be widely used in manufacturing, metal processing industry, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other testing fields. Features

Two thickness measurement methods, magnetic and eddy current, are used to measure the thickness of the non-magnetic overlay on the magnetic metal substrate and the thickness of the non-conductive overlay on the non-magnetic metal matrix

10 probes available (F400, F1, F1/90°, F5, F10, N400, N1, N1/90°, CN02, N10)

There are two measurement methods: continuous measurement method (CONTINUE) and single measurement method (SINGLE)

It has two Operating Modes: direct mode (DIRECT) and group mode (A-B)

There are five statistics: mean (MEAN), maximum (MAX), minimum (MIN), number of tests (NO.), standard deviation (S.DEV)

The instrument can be calibrated using both zero and two-point calibration, and the systematic error of the probe can be corrected using the basic calibration method

Storage: 495 measured values can be stored

It has a delete function: it can delete a single suspicious data that appears in the measurement, and it can also delete all the data in the storage area so that a new measurement can be made
