The KV-3000 series vibrometer is a portable vibrometer for on-site mechanical vibration measurement and analysis applications. It uses Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to convert time-domain signals into frequency-domain signals for analysis, which can quickly determine the cause and location of faults. The instrument integrates the professional industrial design concept of Kedian to make the instrument operation more humanized, the 2.4-inch high-definition TFT color screen makes the measurement display clearer, the Bluetooth 2.0 wireless communication mode makes the data transmission more flexible, and a variety of measurement modes make the instrument more suitable for the work needs of the industrial site and provides customers with more convenience.
This instrument uses an ICP accelerometer to convert the vibration signal into an electrical signal. Through the processing and analysis of the input signal, the acceleration peak, true RMS value and peak coefficient, velocity RMS value, displacement peak-to-peak value of the vibration measurement are obtained, and the corresponding measured values and spectrum list can be printed.
This instrument is suitable for routine vibration measurements, especially in rotating or reciprocating machinery, it can not only measure the acceleration, velocity and displacement of vibration, but also perform simple fault diagnosis and printout.
