The carton compression testing machine (also known as the whole box compression machine, empty box compression machine) is mainly used for carton compression test (maximum crushing force), customized compliance test (pressure standard, deformation standard), stacking test (stacking). It is designed with high-precision sensor and high-speed processing chip to ensure sampling accuracy. Its performance parameters and technical indicators are in line with relevant national standards.
1. The instrument adopts microcomputer automatic measurement and control, ball screw motor control, easy operation, high precision, stable and reliable performance.
2. The instrument has the following three test Operating Modes:
A. Compressive test (maximum crushing force): It is used to test the ultimate compressive strength of the carton as a whole.
B. Fixed-value standard test (pressure standard, deformation standard): The pressure value and deformation (or pressure value and time) can be arbitrarily set in advance to test the overall performance of the carton, and the necessary test data can be provided for the design and selection of the box.
C. Stacking test (stacking): It is used to test the pressure durability of the carton as a whole under simulated packaging and storage conditions. The stacking time can be arbitrarily set within 10,000 minutes (the instrument is equipped with the automatic calculation function of the safe compressive strength of the carton and the total mass of the stacking, which is convenient for users to quickly calculate and understand the overall performance of the carton).
3. The instrument adopts NXP (Philips) high-performance ARM core processor, Cirrus Logic dual-channel 32-bit independent high-speed sampling chip of the United States, Japanese OMRON (Omron) electronic components, and a resolution of 1/10,000,000 high-precision sensor to ensure accurate sampling and high-speed computing and processing, which effectively ensures the accuracy of the whole machine.
4. The instrument adopts 5.1-inch LCD screen display, Chinese menu operation interface, during the test: real-time display of test values, force value change curve, deformation (carton deformation), test time and other information.
5. Automatic measurement of samples, automatic locking of the maximum peak, powerful data display and analysis management capabilities, data saving function, shutdown or power-off data memory function, query function, printing function, stroke protection, overload protection, automatic reset, fault alarm prompt, sensor nonlinear correction and other functions, effectively ensure the safety and simplicity of user operation.
6. It has the function of switching and converting between N (Newton), kgf (kilogram force) and lbf (pound force) various measurement units.
7. The instrument is equipped with a high-speed micro printer, and the printed content includes: test time, test number, test data and test indicators specified in relevant standards.
8. Real-time clock, eliminating the tedious operation of manually entering the date or manually filling in the date before printing.
9. The instrument adopts a high-precision pressurization structure: two ball screws, four columns, and four high-precision sensors are placed at the four corners below the lower pressure plate to ensure the parallelism error and the accuracy of the whole machine when the sample is stressed.
10. The upper and lower pressing plates are made of solid No. 45 carbon steel plates, which are deformed by force, and the materials of the whole machine are solid.
