YN-NPY1400 microcomputer burst strength Tester is a special test instrument for paper burst strength, which adopts pneumatic clamping and clamping mode, uses the adhesive film to detect the burst strength of the paper, and simulates the elongation force required when the paper is slowly broken by the elastic adhesive film. It is mainly used to detect the rupture strength test of various types of paper, low-weight cardboard, aluminum foil and other sheet materials, and is suitable for paper mills, scientific research units and quality inspection departments.
The principle of paper burst resistance test: the specimen is placed on the elastic adhesive film, and the periphery of the specimen is tightly clamped to make it convex freely with the adhesive film. When the hydraulic fluid is pumped in at a steady rate, causing the film to bulge until the specimen ruptures, the maximum pressure applied is the specimen burst resistance.
