Instrument Usage

YN-YS3000 microcomputer compressive strength Tester is used to determine the unilateral vertical compressive strength testing instrument of corrugated boxes, the length and width of the sample are standard sizes, and the specimen and guide need to be accurately parallel to ensure the smoothness and repeatability of the edge compressive strength test results. The testing machine complies with a variety of test standards, in addition to the edge compression strength test (RCT), adhesive peel strength test (PAT), flat compression strength test (FCT) of corrugated boxes, it can also be used to measure the ring compressive strength test (RCT) of corrugated paper sheath and corrugated core paper, and CCT and CMT tests after flugling in the base paper laboratory.

Operating Principle

Test principle: The rectangular cardboard specimen is placed between the two pressing plates of the compression Tester, and the corrugated direction of the sample is perpendicular to the two pressing plates of the Tester, and then the pressure is applied to the sample until the sample is crushed, and the ultimate pressure that the sample can withstand is determined.
