Paper Round Quantitative Sampler

It is suitable for paper quantitative determination and sampling of standard samples of thin-slice burst resistance experiment, in line with QB/T 1671-98 standard. Using simple pressure bar operation, the sampling area is 100cm ², and the error is controlled at +/- 0.35cm ², which is suitable for the thickness range of 0.1~ 1.2mm.

Introduction

JW104 Paper Quantitative Sampler, also known as grammage meter, is suitable for sampling standard samples required for quantitative determination of various papers and physical properties of sheet burst resistance tests.

operation method

1. Put the instrument on a stable and firm workbench in a suitable position.

2. Lay the paper flat on the center of the chassis, and press the support beam with your left hand to prevent the sampler from tilting forward when the pressing lever is pressed. Slowly press down the pressure rod to complete a sampling, the sample taken falls into the chute, and slides out from the side of the chute.

3. Slowly release the pressure lever, and the upper punching knife returns to the initial position. Take out the sample and carry out the corresponding test.
