RH-KY10 computerized carton compression testing machine is a commonly used testing instrument for testing carton compression, which is widely used for testing cartons of various specifications and sizes. Its commonly used specifications are: 500×600×600mm, 800×800×800mm, 1000×1000×1000mm, 1200×1500×1500mm. The measuring range is 2t, 3t, 5t. The instrument has three basic tests for carton detection: compressive strength test, standard test, and stacking strength test. Comply with ISO2872, ISO2874, GB4857.4 and other standards.

(1) Compressive strength test: used to determine the ultimate compressive strength of the sample. The machine automatically records the peak downforce and the compressive deformation of the specimen.

(2) Standard test: the overall performance of the box can be tested according to the set pressure and deformation, and the necessary test data can be provided for the design and selection of the box;

(3) Stacking strength test: used to determine the pressure durability of the sample under simulated packaging and storage conditions. According to the requirements of national standards, stacking tests can be carried out under different conditions such as 12 hours and 24 hours.
