The JW200S heat sealing Tester adopts the heat-press sealing method, places the sample to be sealed between the upper and lower heat-sealing heads, and completes the sealing of the sample under the preset temperature, pressure, and time. 1. Connect the compressed air pipe to the compressed air inlet on the right side of the instrument;
2. Connect the foot switch to the connection on the right side of the instrument;
3. Connect the power cord socket to the power inlet on the right side of the instrument;
4. Prepare test materials;
5. Introduce compressed air, adjust the pressure with the adjusting handle to the pressure value that can make the upper and lower heat-sealing knives press together, usually 0.18 ~ 0.30 Mpa;
6. Turn on the power switch on the right panel;
7. Press the switch of the temperature control meter to ON;
8. The temperature controller is set to the required temperature, and the recommended value of heat sealing temperature setting for commonly used film materials is shown in the attached table
9. It takes about 10 to 30 minutes to stabilize the set temperature;
10. Set the timer to the required time, that is, the heat sealing time;
11. After the above operations are completed, put in the sample and press the clamping button.
