JW200C film heat sealing Tester is used to test the heat sealing performance of packaging bags. Features

JW200C heat sealing Tester adopts PLC controller, Taiwan, CHINA Pingtong touch screen display control, menu interface, Huibang PID. temperature controller, solid state relay and other brand-name electrical components. Bottom-mounted cylinder synchronization circuit, two test start modes of manual and foot pedal, independent temperature control of the upper and lower heat sealing heads, the heat sealing head is made of brass, and has good thermal conductivity. There is a protective cover outside the heating head, which is a safety design to prevent burns. Double-layer heat insulation design, the heat insulation board is made of special materials, which has good heat insulation effect, high temperature resistance, no odor and insulation resistance, which can effectively ensure the convenience and safety of users.

The sample to be sealed is placed between the upper and lower heat sealing heads, and the sample is sealed under the preset temperature, pressure, and time. This instrument meets a variety of requirements. National and international standards: QB/T 2358, ASTM F2029, YBB 00122003.  

Operational use

The operation method of the heat sealer is as follows:

1. Connect the compressed air pipe to the compressed air inlet on the right side of the instrument;

2. Connect the foot switch to the connection point at the back of the instrument;

3. Connect the power cord socket to the power inlet at the back of the instrument;

4. Prepare experimental materials;

5. Pour in the compressed air and use the pressure adjustment handle to adjust the pressure to a pressure value that can press the upper and lower heat sealing knives together, usually 0.18MPa-0.3MPa;

6. Turn the power switch to ON;

7. Set the heat sealing temperature and heat sealing time of the test sample that needs to be heat sealed.

8. Place the sample between the upper and lower heat sealing knives, press the clamping button or step down the foot switch. The heat sealing knives will automatically separate after the set time. Remove the specimen. (Note: Do not put your hands into the heated knife when operating this step.)
