The operation method of the heat sealer is as follows:
1. Connect the compressed air pipe to the compressed air inlet on the right side of the instrument;
2. Connect the foot switch to the connection behind the instrument;
3. Connect the power cord socket to the power inlet behind the instrument;
4. Prepare experimental materials;
5. Adjust the pressure to a pressure value that can press the upper and lower heat sealing knives together with a pressure adjustment handle to the compressed air, usually 0.18MPa-0.3MPa;
6. Turn the power switch to ON;
7. Set the heat sealing temperature and heat sealing time of the heat sealing test sample.
8. Put the sample between the upper and lower heat sealing knives, press the clamping button or step on the foot switch, and the heat sealing knives will be automatically separated after reaching the set time. Remove the specimen. (Note: Do not put your hand inside the heating knife when performing this step.) )
