Introduction

JW-MFY03 vacuum sealing performance Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T 15171-94 flexible packaging sealing performance test method. It is suitable for sealing tests of packaging bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc. in food, equipment, daily chemicals, automobiles, electronic components, stationery and other industries. Through the test, the sealing process and sealing performance of the packaging can be effectively compared and evaluated, and the relevant technical indicators can be determined to provide a scientific basis. It can also be used to test the sealing performance of the specimen after the drop and pressure test.

This product uses compressed air as the power source, vacuum generator as the energy conversion element, high-precision electronic pressure sensor as the measurement means, and microcomputer high-end vacuum pressure controller to realize the setting of test parameters, rapid arrival of vacuum, high-precision measurement, and full automation of the test. (One-key start, automatic vacuuming, automatic pressure holding, automatic timing, automatic pressure replenishment, Timer Setting to automatic pressure relief). The pneumatic system is all made of high-end accessories products, with stable performance and reliable operation.

The principle of the test

This product uses compressed air as the power source and vacuum generator as the energy conversion element, with fast vacuum speed, high measurement accuracy, excellent performance and long-term quality. By vacuuming the vacuum chamber, the sample immersed in water produces the internal and external pressure difference, and the gas escape in the sample is observed, so as to judge the sealing performance of the sample, and the internal and external pressure difference is generated in the sample, and the shape of the sample is restored after the expansion of the sample and the release of the vacuum, so as to judge the sealing performance of the sample.
