JW-MFY03 vacuum sealing performance Tester is designed and manufactured according to the relevant provisions of GB/T 15171-94 flexible packaging sealing performance test method. It is suitable for the sealing test of packaging bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc. in food, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, daily chemical, automobile, electronic components, stationery and other industries. Through the test, the sealing process and sealing performance of the package can be effectively compared and evaluated, and a scientific basis can be provided for determining relevant technical indicators. It is also possible to test the sealing performance of the test piece after the drop and pressure test.

This product uses compressed air as the power source, a vacuum generator as the energy conversion element, and a high-precision electronic pressure sensor as the measurement method. Through the microcomputer high-end vacuum pressure controller, it realizes the test parameter setting, rapid vacuum, high-precision measurement, Tested full automation. (One-button start, automatic vacuuming, automatic pressure maintenance, automatic timing, automatic pressure replenishment, automatic pressure relief when the timing is up). Test Principle

This product uses compressed air as the power source, and the vacuum generator as the energy conversion element. It has high vacuum speed, high measurement accuracy, excellent performance and long-lasting quality. By evacuating the vacuum chamber, the sample immersed in water generates a pressure difference between the inside and outside, and observes the gas escape in the sample to determine the sealing performance of the sample; makes the sample generate a pressure difference between the inside and outside, and observes the expansion of the sample. The recovery of the shape of the sample after the vacuum is released is used to determine the sealing performance of the sample.
