The operation method of the heat sealer is as follows:
1. Connect the compressed air pipe to the compressed air inlet on the right side of the instrument;
2. Connect the foot switch to the connection point at the back of the instrument;
3. Connect the power cord socket to the power inlet at the back of the instrument;
4. Prepare experimental materials;
5. Pour in the compressed air and use the pressure adjustment handle to adjust the pressure to a pressure value that can press the upper and lower heat sealing knives together, usually 0.18MPa-0.3MPa;
6. Turn the power switch to ON;
7. Set the heat sealing temperature and heat sealing time of the test sample that needs to be heat sealed.
8. Place the sample between the upper and lower heat sealing knives, press the clamping button or step down the foot switch. The heat sealing knives will automatically separate after the set time. Remove the specimen. (Note: Do not put your hands into the heated knife when operating this step.)
