The 23-liter Valley Freeness Tester (Valley Freeness Tester) is the international standard equipment in the papermaking laboratory, and it is the required equipment for the research of pulping and papermaking technology. The material is cut, crushed, kneaded, split, moistened and fiber thinned, and at the same time, the displacement and deformation of the cell wall of the fiber, the rupture of the primary wall and the outer layer of the primary wall. According to the pressure on the bottom knife and the beating time, the changes of pulp with different beating degrees can be obtained. The machine meets the standard requirements of ISO 5264/I, TAPPI-T200 and GB7980-87 Pulps-laboratory beating-Valley Freeness Tester method. This model can change the heavy thallium pressure, beating time, and automatically control the beating time, so as to obtain different experimental results.
