




PN-PRT48F cardboard puncture strength Tester is a testing instrument designed and developed by our company in accordance with the national standard GB/T 2679.7 to measure the puncture resistance (puncture strength) of corrugated cardboard. Measure the puncture resistance of the corrugated cardboard sample in Joules (J) to understand the puncture resistance of the corrugated cardboard box and simulate the damage the box will suffer when it is violently hit by other boxes or conical objects during handling and transportation.
This instrument is designed based on the principle of energy conversion. A triangular prism pyramid designed and produced according to standard geometry is installed on a special-shaped pendulum body to pierce the head. The piercing head uses the kinetic energy of the swing body to pierce the cardboard sample into the hole. The energy consumed is the puncture strength of the sample.
This instrument is mainly composed of a frame, a base, a splint device, a pendulum device, a release device and a control box. The instrument has the characteristics of rapid compression, automatic reset of the operating handle, LCD display, and thermal printer. The instrument has the characteristics of compact structure, full functions, easy operation and stable performance.
