Stir bar application reference for stirring experiments

1. Three-blade propeller type: used at medium and high speeds. Make the mixed medium flow axially from top to bottom, and the shear force is small.

2. Four-blade propeller type: used at medium and high speeds. Make the mixed medium flow axially from top to bottom to generate local shear force.

3. Dissolving type: use at medium and high speeds. Make the mixed medium flow radially from the top and bottom, and the strong turbulent flow and high shear can crush the particles in the liquid.

4. Centrifugal type: used at medium and high speeds. The double blades open as the speed increases, suitable for use in narrow-mouth containers. The stirring effect is similar to that of a four-bladed propeller.

5. Fan type: used at low and medium speeds. The tangential flow turbulence is small, and the heat exchange performance is good. It is used in occasions that require gentle stirring of the medium .
