Introduction

U-tube oscillation densitizer and electronic liquid density meter are based on the principle of different oscillation frequencies when the double U-tube is filled with different media. After the liquid to be measured is pumped into the resonator tube sensor, the measurement data is processed by a single-chip microcomputer, which is fast and direct, and has high sensitivity. It is composed of a double tuning fork density sensor, a vibrating cylinder circuit, a temperature measurement circuit, a CPU, a display, a thermostatic bath, a liquid inlet pump and a control panel.

Test Steps

Insert the injection tube into the liquid, press the "sampling" button, the liquid will be automatically pumped into the vibrating cylinder, and when the temperature of the machine is constant to 20±0.1°C, the screen will directly display the temperature and density value of the liquid.

Automatic cleaning

Drain the liquid in the vibrator first, and then clean the vibrator with a suitable cleaning solution until no residue is visible in the vibrator.
