The YS4510 universal Spectrophotometer adopts a 45/0 (45-degree ring illumination, 0-degree receiving) geometric optical structure that complies with CIE No. 15, and uses a concave grating spectroscopic method to accurately measure sample reflectance and various chromaticity data. Users can customize a single Φ8, Φ4, or Φ2mm measuring caliber according to sample requirements, which can be used for accurate color measurement and quality control in traffic signs, plastic electronics, paint and ink, textile and clothing dyeing, printing, ceramics and other industries.
Under the 45/0 geometric optical lighting conditions recommended by CIE, the instrument can accurately measure the reflectance data of samples/fluorescent samples. In multiple color spaces, it can accurately measure and express various color difference formulas and color indices. With the help of this instrument, accurate color transmission can be easily achieved, and it can also be used as a testing device for accurate color matching systems. This instrument is also widely used in color difference quality control of various products. The instrument is equipped with high-end color management software, which can be connected to a computer to achieve more functional expansion.
The grating spectrometer can easily achieve accurate color transmission and can also be used as a detection device for accurate color matching systems; it is used for accurate color measurement and quality control in traffic signs, plastic electronics, paint and ink, textile and clothing dyeing, printing, ceramics and other industries.

The YS series of multi-functional test components can be used for reflection color measurement of samples such as high-concentration liquid reagents, pastes (such as ketchup, paint), and powders (such as coffee).
1. The YS multi-functional test component must be used in conjunction with the YS series Spectrophotometer . Before use, the YS series Spectrophotometer must be professionally calibrated with black and white panels.

2. Place the YS series Colorimeter as shown in the figure. The measurement port of the Colorimeter must be connected to the measurement port of the bracket. At the same time, the two base baffle pins must be aligned with the reference holes on the bottom plate of the YS Colorimeter. Then Place the push plate against the color meter, tighten the screws, and check whether the color meter is loose. If so, be sure to tighten the screws again.

3. Place the cuvette containing the sample to be measured into the holder. Gently push open the rotatable pressure plate and gently put in the cuvette. One side of the cuvette is close to the measuring port of the instrument, and the other side is pressed tightly by the rotatable pressure plate. Note that the height of the liquid in the cuvette must be greater than the matching height of the test caliber (i.e. The height of the sample reaches more than half a cup).
4. Close the cover to ensure that the inside of the cuvette is completely dark. After completing the above steps, you can use the YS series Colorimeter to measure the reflected color chromaticity of the sample.
