Introduction

Qiwei DDBJ-350 conductivity meter is a portable computer-based conductivity meter, which is mainly used to measure the conductivity of various liquids. The DDBJ-350 conductivity meter is equipped with a temperature electrode and is automatically temperature compensated. DDBJ-350 conductivity meter is controlled by microcomputer, with high precision, good stability, high reliability, simple operation and convenient maintenance. When equipped with an electrode with a specification constant of 0.1, it can measure the conductivity of pure water or high-purity water.

DDBJ-350 conductivity meter is widely used in industries such as light industry, chemical industry, food, medicine, health, energy, environmental protection, education and scientific research.

Operating Conditions

1. Ambient temperature: 5~35℃; Relative Humidity: <85%

2. Power supply: 220V±10% 50Hz±1Hz

3. No significant vibration, no other strong magnetic field interference except the geomagnetic field, so as not to affect the measurement results.

Calibration method

1) Press the "Calibration" button, "CAL" flashes, prompting to enter the calibration mode;

2) Insert the 1408μs/cm standard calibration head into the electrode holder at the back of the instrument, and wait for the measured value to be stable;

3) Press the "Calibration" button again, and the LCD display will flash "1408μs/cm"

4) After a few seconds, the "End" symbol will be displayed and it will return to the measurement mode, and the calibration can be repeated until the measurement value is stable and accurate.

Note: The DDBJ-350 conductivity meter has been calibrated before leaving the factory and can be used directly under normal circumstances.

Measurement methods

1. Select the appropriate electrode according to the solution to be measured, insert the electrode plug into the socket, align the groove of the plug with the convex groove of the socket, press the top of the plug, and hear a "click".

(Plug out the plug: pinch the plug and pull it out).

2. Open the battery cover behind the DDBJ-350 conductivity meter, install 4 1.5V batteries (note the positive and negative levels), press the "start" button, turn on the power, and warm up for 5 minutes .

3. Wash and dry the conductivity electrode, put it into the solution, stir it and place it still, and wait for the measured value to be stable, which is the conductivity value of the solution.
