Introduction

The vertical/horizontal combustion testing machine is in accordance with GB/T2004-2008. GB/T13488-192, UL94 and other standards require the test plastic to determine the non-prolonged combustion performance of the plastic under the direct combustion of the specified ignition source, so as to judge the fire prevention situation. This equipment is composed of a control box, a vertical combustion box, a horizontal combustion box, a combustion lamp, a solenoid valve, a high-pressure igniter, a gas pipe, a pressure regulating valve, and a signal control line. The control box is equipped with: combustion timer, stop flamethrower timer, combustion counter, manual/automatic operation selection switch, vertical/horizontal selection switch and power switch.

This instrument uses a low-energy ignition combustion device to measure the resistance of the substrate of the foil cladding to the ignition and spread caused by accidental overheating of a single electronic component (for the horizontal method) or the resistance to the spread of fire and small fire (for the vertical method), and to express the combustion resistance of the substrate, the flame intensity is similar to the size of the actual disaster, and does not reflect the material characteristics in the case of large-scale flames.

Uses and composition

1. This equipment is suitable for measuring the non-flammability of ultra-thin materials under the direct combustion of specified ignition sources.

2. The equipment is composed of a control box, a vertical air box, a combustion nozzle, a solenoid valve, a high-pressure igniter, a wire specimen fixture, a gas pipe, a gas source, an internal and external flame regulating device, and a signal control line. The whole process of this machine is fully automatic, such as: electronic ignition, stop ignition time, burning time, and burning times can be completed automatically.

3. a control box

(1) The burn count counter is used to preset the burn times, and the red button is the "Reset" button.

(2) The combustion time is controlled by the time controller, and the working time can be set according to the need, and the units are S (seconds), M (minutes), and H (hours); For example, 00S01 is set to 0.01 seconds, 15S00 is 15 seconds, and 10M00 is 10 minutes (refer to the time relay manual); The stop time setting is the same as the burning time setting. It can also be used to manually control the burning time.

(3) The power switch is the overall power switch of the control box.
