Features

• Built-in WINDOWS operating system, simple, convenient, intuitive and clear, and can be connected to a printer. The instrument can measure dark-colored samples or opaque samples, and has a multi-point calibration function. Test data can be saved, exported, and uploaded.

• Equipped with both automatic measurement and manual visual measurement functions, it is convenient to clearly grasp the continuous change process of the sample, and can mutually verify the accuracy of automatic testing and visual measurement. The temperature control system uses platinum resistors with high linearity as detection components, which improves the accuracy and reliability of data.

• SGW®-635 is mainly used to determine the melting point of low melting point samples and the melting point (slip point) of animal and vegetable oils and fats. When measuring the melting point, the temperature data of the initial melting point and the final melting point can be automatically recorded. When measuring slippage, the slippage is automatically displayed. The instrument automatically records the melting image and automatically calculates the average value of the melting point or slip point. Integrated electronic circuits are used to achieve rapid initial temperature setting and continuously variable linear heating rate automatic control. It complies with the relevant requirements of the national standard GB/T24892-2010 Determination of melting point (slip point) of animal and vegetable oils and fats in open capillary tubes.
