Introduction

The JW-RF330SW five-point heat-sealing Tester adopts the hot-pressing sealing method to determine the heat-sealing temperature, heat-sealing time, heat-sealing pressure and other parameters of plastic film substrates, flexible packaging composite films, coated paper and other heat-sealing composite films. Heat-sealing materials with different melting points, thermal stability, fluidity and thickness will show different heat-sealing properties, and their sealing process parameters may vary greatly. Heat-sealing Tester, through its standardized design and standardized operation, can obtain heat-sealing test indicators.

Operating Principle

The thermal reaction Tester adopts the hot pressing detection method, placing the heat-sensitive material between the upper and lower heating blocks, and then the upper and lower heating blocks are closed to heat the heat-sensitive material. The heating time, the temperature of the heating block, and the closing pressure of the heating block can be adjusted, which can be quickly evaluated for different test samples. The instrument is controlled by a fixed program and is simple to use. It can be detected for different heat-sensitive materials, and it can also be used for a certain heat-sensitive material. It is approved as a suitable thermal parameter to provide users with accurate thermal indicators.
