Introduction

This machine is mainly suitable for Spreader test of drum substrates.

Coil automatic spray coating machine usually consists of the following main components:

Web Conveyor System: Used to unwind the web from the reel and transfer it to the lame plating or Spreader area. Conveyor systems usually include gears, tensioners, and web guides.

Lame plating or Spreader system: Used to evenly spray Spreader liquid or gluing agent to the surface of the coil. A lame plating or Spreader system usually includes a nozzle, spray head or scraping device, etc.

Control system: Used to control parameters such as coil transfer speed, Flow rate of lame plating or Spreader liquid and position of lame plating or Spreader. Control system usually includes control panel, Sensors and automatic control devices.

Deviation correction function:The Principle of the automatic coil spray coater is to achieve uniform coverage or gluing of the coil surface by controlling the coil transfer speed and the spraying or Spreader parameters of the Spreader liquid. The operator can set the required lame plating or Spreader parameters through the control panel, such as WFT, lame plating speed and Spreader width, etc., to meet specific production needs.
