Automatic immersion coil coater

Dip coating, suitable for drum substrate Spreader production winding equipment, effective application width 500mm, double roll to roll structure, external infrared heating.

This machine is mainly suitable for coating (immersion bath) production and winding equipment for roll-type substrates.

Equipment process

Automatic feeding → Unwinding → Adjustable dip coating thickness → Double roller extrusion of remaining material → Dip coating → Double roller extrusion of remaining material → Oven → Dip coating → Double roller extrusion of remaining material → Rewinding (effective coating width 500mm)

(2) Front traction unit

Structural features :

1. Double roller-to-roller structure, combining rigidity and softness

2. Steel roller: Φ42x500mm, surface hard chrome plated, super fine grinding;

3. Rubber roller: Φ60x500mm: Shore (A) 70~75°, silicone material, pneumatic solenoid valve control and adjustment, pressure adjustable (no need to install rubber roller)

Structural features

1. Oven type: column flat type; one-sided pneumatic top-opening type; compressed air is required (customer-prepared)

2. Length: Oven: 1 meter, 1 temperature zone can be individually controlled and displayed;

3. Temperature: 50~150℃±3℃ (maximum temperature in the middle temperature zone), external infrared tube heating, solid-state Voltage regulator (silicon controlled module) automatic proportional temperature control;

4. Insulation: The insulation layer is filled with glass fiber with a thickness of 60mm;

5. Guide roller : hard aluminum alloy guide roller (Φ42mm, surface brown hardening treatment HV700), 4 in each temperature zone, passive double-sliding assembly;

6. Oven: The oven shell, inner wall and inner air box are made of 304# stainless steel; the cold air outlets are equipped with adjustable Wind Shields; tension control cannot be installed
