Overview

Leeb610C type electromagnetic yoke, horseshoe type, magnetic ring flaw Detector is a magnetic particle flaw Detector that uses a magnetic yoke to perform AC magnetization on ferromagnetic workpieces to be detected. It can perform magnetization flaw detection on various parts, including large parts. Local magnetization flaw detection can be used as additive magnetic flaw detection and remanence magnetic flaw detection.

The instrument uses thyristor to form a touchpoint-free switch, which has low noise and long service life. The instrument is small in size, light in weight, large in lifting force, and adjustable in active joints. It is suitable for flaw detection of flat welds, fillet welds, pressure vessels, pipes and parts with complex shapes. The output of the instrument is low Voltage, which is more suitable for occasions where high Voltage is not allowed to enter the equipment for flaw detection.

It is suitable for aerospace, aviation, railway, automobile, ship, pressure vessel, machinery and other industries.

The device has three probes: (randomly only with A-type probes)

1. Electromagnetic yoke probe: Equipped with live joints, it can detect defects on flat and curved workpieces. Electromagnetic yoke pole spacing: 0~250mm.

2. Horseshoe probe: It can perform local flaw detection on various fillet welds and the inner and outer corners of large workpieces. Horseshoe pole spacing: 0~160mm.

3. Magnetic ring: It can meet the flaw detection of all circumferential cracks that can be put into the workpiece. It is very convenient to use it to detect the fatigue cracks of the workpiece (the fatigue cracks are perpendicular to the axial direction). Magnetic ring diameter: Φ150mm 1800TA.

Structural Features

The instrument adopts thyristor switch, and the low Voltage output is safe and reliable. The probe adopts fixed type and external adjustable type. The adjustable probe can adjust the pole shoe spacing according to the shape of different parts, and has good contact.

Type A probe: horseshoe yoke fillet weld probe, movable joint bevel head; especially suitable for flaw detection of special-shaped surfaces and workpieces with complex shapes. Pole distance: 20-160; Lifting force: AC ≥ 5, DC ≥ 18. Equipped with an electromagnetic yoke fillet weld flaw Detector, the probe can be freely adjusted and used in a wide range of live joints.

E-type probe: cross yoke probe or rotating magnetic field probe, which can be used for all-round composite magnetization flaw detection at one time, and the walking roller can improve the flaw detection speed. Polar distance: 110, lifting force: AC ≥ 8. Equipped with a rotating magnetic field flaw Detector, the two crossed magnetic yokes use alternating current phase-shifting technology to generate a synthetic rotating magnetic field that changes with time, and magnetize the workpiece in all directions at one time. The probe speed is fast and the detection quality is high.

D-type probe: electromagnetic yoke probe, a variety of movable joints, high magnetization. Pole distance: 60-220, lifting force: AC ≥ 6, DC ≥ 20. Equipped with an electromagnetic yoke fillet weld flaw Detector, the probe has the characteristics of high magnetic conductivity and high magnetization.

O-probe: also known as annular probe, inner diameter: 150, central magnetic field ≥ 180Oe. Equipped with a annular flaw Detector, it is designed using the principle of generating a strong magnetic field when the coil is energized, and is suitable for segmented flaw detection or demagnetization of complex workpieces such as shafts, pipes, and bolts.
