The roller wet Film Thickness Gauge is a measuring tool for measuring the wet film thickness of paints, varnishes and other coatings. The Thickness Gauge can not only measure on flat substrates, but also on curved substrates, with high measurement accuracy. .
The measuring range of this Thickness Gauge is 0-50μm, 0-100μm, 0-200μm, 0-500μm, 50-250μm, 200-700μm and other specifications. It can also be customized and processed according to customer requirements.
| model | Measuring range | Graduation value |
| YQH-50 | 0~50μm | 2.5μm |
| YQH-100 | 0~100μm | 5μm |
| YQH-200 | 0~200μm | 10μm |
| YQH-500 | 0~500μm | 25μm |

(1) After coating application, immediately place the roller wet Film Thickness Gauge firmly on the work surface, so that the reference surfaces on both sides of the wet Film Thickness Gauge are in contact with the substrate at the same time, turn the wet Film Thickness Gauge once, and then remove it.
(2) Observe the position where the middle circumferential surface of the wet Film Thickness Gauge contacts the paint. The maximum value corresponding to the end surface scale is the wet film thickness of the brush.
(3) Use the same method to measure several times and take the average, so that you can get a more representative result.
Note: After using the wet Film Thickness Gauge, clean the wet Film Thickness Gauge, dry it and store it in a wooden box to prevent moisture.
