Angle of repose Tester

In line with GB/T 16913-2008 standard, the diameter of the outflow port is φ 5mm, which is suitable for the measurement of the resting angle of the powder using the injection-defined bottom surface method.

Application

D100 powder angle of repose Tester is designed and produced in accordance with the provisions of the national standard of the People's Republic of CHINA GB/T 16913-2008. This device is suitable for measuring the angle of repose of powders using the injection-defined base method.

Inject enough dust to overflow the material pan from the funnel mouth into the horizontal material pan; measure the acute angle between the dust accumulation slope and the bottom level, which is the dust angle of repose.

Instrument composition

1. Funnel

The outlet diameter is Φ5mm, and the funnel taper is 60º±0.5º;

2. Protractor

Protractor 7.5cm~10cm;

3. Chassis

The distance between the bottom of the outlet and the plate surface is 80mm±2mm, and the diameter of the material plate is Φ80mm.
