Proofing rod can film 54.9μm, using winding process, Wire diameter 0.61mm, rod diameter 6.35mm, the main rod and steel wire are stainless steel.

RDS#24 color scraping rod has two types: forming type and wire winding type. The thickness of the coating film that can be prepared is 54.9 microns, the effective width of coating is 30cm, and there are 5cm grip parts at both ends. RDS Wound Wire Rod Coater is to wind the steel wire on a steel rod, and the thickness of the prepared wet film is controlled by the diameter of the steel wire. The RDS wire bar applicator is made of 303 high-grade stainless steel, which is not easy to break the wire. However, as a precision instrument, the RDS wire bar applicator should not be bumped or dropped casually in daily use. It can maintain its original service life or even last longer.
