Applicator rod can film 148.6 μm, using winding process, Wire diameter 1.65mm, rod diameter 6.35mm, the main rod and steel wire are stainless steel.

RDS No. 65 film coating rod can prepare 148.6um wet film. RDS wire Bar Coater film is accurate and is used in many industries. The main rod is made of high-grade stainless steel, and the wire winding process is excellent, which overcomes the possibility of broken wires of inferior quality and makes the coating rod more accurate in film production. This model is not a popular model.
