Overview

The TASI-650 carbon monoxide Tester can detect low levels of carbon monoxide. The presence of carbon monoxide in the air can also be detected. The sensor principle of the TASI-650 carbon monoxide Tester is that it is reduced by vaporization and does not consume any chemicals.

The duration of use depends on the environment to which it is exposed. Commonly used applications include detecting whether indoor carbon monoxide concentrations are higher than outdoor or detecting the source of carbon monoxide. It is very sensitive to the detection of carbon monoxide. The higher the carbon monoxide concentration, the louder and faster the horn sounds. The frequency of the horn increases with the increase of concentration, and the horn will continue to sound when it exceeds about 200 ppm. This carbon monoxide meter uses a 3-and-a-half-digit LCD display to display the carbon monoxide concentration and is designed to be operated with one hand and is backlit.

Features

1. It is easy to carry and can be operated with one hand.

2. Precision electrochemical sensor.

3. Measure the concentration of carbon monoxide gas.

4. T90 fast response time.

5. Maximum/reading value lock function.

6. Backlit display.

Directions for use

1. Turn on the switch to "Average" or "Normal" to measure the concentration of carbon monoxide

2. The stabilization time should be at least about 45 seconds

3. Put the carbon monoxide meter outdoors and reset it to zero, then take it indoors to measure

4. Expose the sensor to a stable and continuous gas for sampling

5. For the initial test, walk around the room with a carbon monoxide meter and observe where the carbon monoxide concentration is highest indoors, please use a manual pump or away from the air conditioning airflow, the hot air flow will affect the reading value detected by the carbon monoxide meter. The temperature of the sample gas needs to be close to the ambient temperature.

6. Press MAX to read the maximum value, press HOLD to lock the maximum value

7. In the Average file, you can read the stable value.

FAQ
QIf the CO tester is tested outdoors after the indoor test, will it have an impact?
A Hello, there will be a sudden change in the temperature of the detected environment, and you need to wait at least 2 minutes before measuring.
QHow long does it take for TASI-650 to stabilize?
A Hello, the stabilization time is at least 45s.
QCan CO testers be tested in high temperature environments?
A Hello, not suitable, the suitable temperature range is 0~ 40 ℃.
QCan the TAST-650CO Gas detector be placed in the exhaust port to test for carbon monoxide concentration?
A Hello, this is not recommended, too high concentration test may damage the Sensors.
