Introduction

DaTeoy industrial furnace special temperature measurement system is widely used in the coating, heat treatment industry, mapping metal products in normalizing furnaces, annealing furnaces, nitriding furnaces, tempering furnaces, ....... Process temperature profile. Through this system, users can set and optimize the temperature process, and regularly monitor the temperature of metal products and workpieces to perform in critical high-temperature processes. The new DaTeoy software can be fully integrated. The key to achieving the best performance of the product in the heat treatment process depends on the metal heating process control. Incorrect time/temperature profiles can affect the distribution structure of metal molecules and directly reduce the performance of metal products. With the DaTeoy temperature test system, the process can be monitored without interrupting the normal production process. The logger passes through the industrial furnace heating equipment and can obtain temperature test curves of up to 16 points on the surface of the workpiece at a time, and can optionally be equipped with a wireless real-time synchronous data recording function.
