This tube furnace employs high-quality electrical heating wire as the heating element, capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 1200℃. The quartz furnace tube has an inner diameter of 50mm, with options available for larger diameters upon customer request. By default, it features a single heating zone; however, multiple zones can be customized according to specific needs. Each zone is precisely controlled by programmable PID controllers, supporting the creation of up to 30 temperature profiling segments for both heating and cooling processes. Additionally, the system includes over-temperature protection and thermocouple failure detection features.
The furnace is equipped with digital vacuum gauges and mechanical pressure meters on both ends of the tube, enabling precise control of the internal atmosphere. The user interface features a high-resolution full-color touchscreen, designed for intuitive operation. Even non-experts can quickly master its use after minimal training, significantly enhancing experimental efficiency.
The tube furnace is widely utilized across various industries including metallurgy, glass manufacturing, heat treatment processes, lithium-ion battery electrode materials production, new energy technologies, and abrasive manufacturing. It is also suitable for thermal processing under controlled atmospheres and can be integrated into CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) systems to facilitate thin-film deposition experiments and production.
