Overview

H01-1B Digital Constant Temperature Magnetic Stirrer is a digital constant temperature type, driven by brushless DC motor, with strong stirring force and digital display of stirring speed, which is suitable for constant temperature stirring occasions in various fields.

How to use:

1. Connect the temperature sensor to the terminal post behind the machine; 

2. Put the beaker containing the liquid medicine on the workbench (that is, in the middle of the electric furnace), put an appropriate stirr in the beaker, and insert the temperature sensor head into the liquid medicine. Before plugging in the power plug, adjust the two knobs of speed regulation and Voltage regulation to the minimum counterclockwise;

3. Plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the built-in indicator light of the switch is on, adjust the speed control knob clockwise, the H01-1B digital constant temperature magnetic stirrer can start the stirring work, and the right display window shows the stirring speed;

4. When the liquid medicine needs to be heated, first turn the toggle switch of the temperature setting up (set position), adjust the temperature setting knob, look at the number in the left display window to reach the required temperature value, and then turn the toggle switch down (measurement position), the left display window will display the temperature value measured by the sensor, at this time, the heating indicator light will be on, the electric furnace will start to heat up, heat the liquid medicine in the beaker, when the temperature difference between the temperature in the beaker and the set temperature is > 15 °C, the electric furnace will be heated at full power, when the temperature is < 15 °C with the set temperature, The heating power of the electric furnace can be adjusted steplessly by the Voltage regulating knob from 20-400W, the user can adjust it according to the set temperature and the amount of stirring, and the setting temperature and stirring amount can be adjusted to 9, 10 and other positions, generally adjusted at the beginning, if the temperature rises too slowly or does not reach the set temperature during the heating process, the pressure regulating knob should be adjusted up clockwise, and counterclockwise (the key to constant temperature is the balance between heating and heat dissipation);

5. If you don't need heating and temperature measurement, don't connect the sensor or turn the toggle up; If you do not need to heat but need to measure the temperature, you can set the temperature below room temperature;

6. After the agitator is used, the power supply should be unplugged, and the appearance should be cleaned after cooling, and it should be kept properly.

Precautions

1. The power socket should be well grounded;

2. When the H01-1B digital display constant temperature magnetic stirrer is in use, the beaker should not be too full of liquid medicine to prevent overflow during stirring;
