Introduction

YT-YS3000 compression testing machine is a touch screen control paperboard Compressive Strength Tester, which is commonly used by cardboard, carton factories and carton users to test the edge compression strength (ECT), flat compression strength (FCT), adhesive strength (PAT) and paper core flat compression strength (CMT) with a diameter of less than 60mm. The instrument is an auxiliary test tool for papermaking enterprises, cardboard manufacturers, carton manufacturers, carton users and quality supervision and inspection departments.

• The instrument adopts the upper pressure plate fixed type, high-precision load cell, to ensure the rapidity and accuracy of the instrument force data acquisition, and the measurement accuracy is high.

• The motherboard adopts new technology and new design, and the CPU adopts a 32-bit ARM processor, which improves the processing speed of the instrument and calculates the data more accurately and quickly.

• Using 5-inch color touch screen, Chinese display, touch buttons, make the operation simple and easy to understand.

• Automatically measure, count, print test results, and have data saving function.

• Real-time display of the pressure value change curve during the test process.

• Automatic over-range reset to protect precision sensors.

• The thermal printing core is adopted, which does not need to use ink and ribbon, no noise during work, and fast printing speed.

• The instrument is equipped with a standard RS232 interface, which can be used for communication with microcomputer software (purchased separately)
