Applications

Tenghui TF-201-3 Ring Pressure/Edge Pressure Strength Testing Machine is used for a variety of paper quality tests. It can perform ring pressure (RCT), flat pressure (FCT), edge pressure (ECT), adhesion (PAT) and general Compression resistance (CMT) and other 5 tests.

Made in accordance with CNS national standards and designed in accordance with the instrument requirements of the paper and cardboard inspection method, it complies with GB2679.8 "Method for determination of ring pressure strength of cardboard", GB6546 "Method for determination of edge pressure strength of corrugated cardboard", GB6548 "Method for determination of adhesive strength of corrugated cardboard" Method" and GB2679.6 "Method for determination of flat compression strength of corrugated core" and other standards.

The ring pressure testing machine is equipped with other fixtures to perform the following tests

▲ Equipped with a ring pressure test center disk and a special ring pressure sampler to conduct cardboard ring pressure strength tests (RCT);

▲ Equipped with edge pressure (bonding) sample sampler and auxiliary guide block to conduct edge pressure strength test (ECT) of corrugated cardboard;

▲ Equipped with a peel strength test stand to conduct corrugated cardboard adhesion (peel) strength test (PAT);

▲ Equipped with a flat compression sampler to conduct flat compression strength test (FCT) of corrugated cardboard;

▲ Equipped with flute meter and auxiliary equipment to conduct laboratory flute tests (CCT and CMT).
