Measurement parameter requirements, measurement procedures, diaphragm settings, luminance, uniformity and Light spectrum information test methods. The standard applies to Microscope research, production and use units, and aims to improve the mass of Microscope products and expand the international market. It will be implemented on March 1, 2025.
