ISO 4624-2002 "Paints and varnish Pull-up Adhesion Testing" specifies three methods for assessing the adhesion of a Coating system by tensile testing: applying tensile force on one or two low-padded carts, and using two low-padded carts, one of which serves as the Coating substrate. These methods are suitable for comparing the adhesion performance of single or multi-layer Coatings on different substrates.
