This standard specifies a method for the determination of nitrogen content in vanadium-nitrogen alloys by distillation-neutralized Titrimetric method. It is suitable for the determination of nitrogen content in vanadium-nitrogen alloys. The measurement range is 8.00% to 20.00% of the mass fraction of nitrogen. The standard describes in detail the determination principle, reagents and materials, test procedures and data processing methods. Nitrogen is generated in ammonia gas through acid analysis in the sample, absorbed by Boricacid solution after distillation, and finally determined by titration with sulfamic acid standard solution.
