GB/T 32786-2016 《Pig iron contenting nickel—Determination of iron content—Dichromate titration method》 Related products

This standard specifies the use of the potassium dichromate Titrimetric method for the determination of iron content in nickel-containing pig iron. The applicable range is between 65.00% and 90.00% iron content. The method first passes through acid analysis of the specimen, followed by settling iron with ammonia water. Subsequently, tin chloride and titanium trichloride are used to reduce iron to divalent in muriatic acid medium, and finally in phosphoric acid mixed acid solution, sodium dianiline sulfonate is used as an indicator, and titration is carried out in potassium dichromate standard solution. The standard also includes relevant reagent requirements to ensure the accuracy and Reliability of the analysis.
