GB/T 3286.7-2014 《Methods for chemical analysis of limestone and dolomite―Part 7: The determination of sulphur content―The pipe furnace combustion iodic acid potassium titration method, the high frequency combustion with infrared absorption method and the barium sulfate gravimetric method》 Related products

This standard specifies three methods for the determination of sulfur content in limestone, dolomite and metallurgical lime: tube furnace combustion-potassium iodate Titrimetric method, high-frequency combustion infrared absorption method and barium sulfate weight method. The tube furnace combustion-potassium iodate Titrimetric method is suitable for samples with sulfur content of 0.01% to 0.5%. The scope of application of high-frequency combustion infrared absorption method is the same. The barium sulfate weight method is suitable for samples with sulfur content greater than or equal to 0.10%. The standard describes the principle and scope of application of each method in detail, providing standardized technical support for the accurate determination of sulfur content in limestone and dolomite.
