GB/T 11064.12-2013 《Methods for chemical analysis of lithium carbonate, lithium hydroxide monohydrate and lithium chloride - Part 12: Determination of carbonate content - Acid-alkali titrimetric method》 Related products

This standard specifies a method for the determination of carbonic acid root content in lithium hydroxide monohydrate, which is applicable to samples with carbonic acid root content ranging from 0.15% to 2.00%. In the method, after the sample is dissolved in water, using phenolphthalein as an indicator, first titrate with muriatic acid standard solution until the red color of the solution disappears, and then continue titration with methyl orange as an indicator to a stable orange color. The content of carbonic acid root is determined by calculating the consumption of muriatic acid. This method ensures the accurate determination of carbonic acid root. The reagents used are all analytically pure and the experiment is carried out using secondary deionized water.
