How to ensure that the anti-corrosion coating of the product does not peel off?

Peeling is mainly due to surface tension higher than adhesion strength or bond strength, including peeling from the bottom or peeling between coatings. The possible reasons are as follows:

1. Poor surface treatment;

2. Dirt between coats;

3. Exceeding the maximum spray interval;

4. The adhesion of the paint itself is weakened (incompatible) by additives of other paints.

Peeling is usually due to poor surface preparation, contamination such as dust, grime, grease or chemicals from the substrate or coating, too long a cure time between coats, or the presence of dirt on the surface of a previous coat caused by powder. Flaking is similar to spalling, except that the peeled coating is hard and brittle and can be peeled from the substrate. Once the coating cracks, the edges will curl away from the substrate, which can cause peeling.
