 WZJ-Ⅱ type bending machine is carefully designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the current color steel plate and aluminum plate manufacturers for testing the flexibility-T bending performance of color steel plate and aluminum plate, combined with the actual production. The equipment complies with the requirements of NCCA "Standard" "T" Bending Test Method. WZJ-Ⅱ type bending machine is compact in structure, simple in appearance and easy to use. It is a satisfactory equipment for testing the bending resistance of colored steel plates and aluminum plates.

Instructions

1) The color steel plate or aluminum plate is made into a test plate with a width not exceeding 100mm and a moderate length.

2) Turn the handle on the right side of the bending machine to an angle, so that the middle triangular pressure block and the lower pad are spaced apart, and put the finished test plate in (note: the test plate should be placed in parallel and the distance should be moderate) Then turn back the right handle to make the triangular briquetting block press the test plate tightly.

3) Turn the handle on the left so that the block on it presses the test plate onto the slope of the triangular block.

4) Turn the handle on the left to make it return to its original position, and then take out the test plate. Turn the handle on the right to make a sufficient distance between the triangular pressure block and the block, put the bent test plate in, and turn the handle on the right several times to flatten the bent part.

5) Take out the test panel, and observe whether the color paint in the crease of the test panel is peeled off or peeled off, so as to determine the bending resistance of the test panel.

6) If multiple bending is required, repeat the above steps.

Precautions

In order to facilitate transportation, the two handles are not installed on the main unit at the factory. After the user unpacks the box, screw the two handles on the main unit with an adjustable wrench, and pay attention to screwing them to the bottom.
